From Navneet to Coach Navneet.
In 10th standard, I was balancing the macros of my school tiffin. I knew exactly how much protein, carbs and fat my dabba had, and I ended up teaching half my class how nutrition actually works.

The long way to an honest answer.
In my own words.
-
I've always been an athlete. I played badminton professionally, and I dreamt of joining the defence forces. That's why this page is olive. Never Settle Fit was built on olive, white and Air Force blue, the colours of the life I always wanted: on the ground, physical, purposeful.

At 19, I was sitting with my friends and family, and the elders were asking everyone what they wanted to become. My sporting career wasn't clear to me yet, and being an athlete needed a kind of tunnel vision I didn't have in those early years. My next best answer was a fitness professional, because I wanted to see the impact of my work on real people.
It didn't happen straight away. This is an unconventional career, so I first did a finance job, then a white-collar job, and slowly made the move into coaching.
Those jobs paid well, but I couldn't see the impact of my work. In coaching, I see it within four weeks, on our first check-in calls, when your energy, digestion, weight and strength start to change.
-
The jump from finance to fitness was gradual. I started coaching as a passion project in 2021, built my skills through multiple certifications and real client work, and went full-time in 2024. I still learn every year through mentorships and coaching communities.

I've been a professional athlete, lived the corporate life, run a brick-and-mortar fitness business and coached 230+ people. Whatever your lifestyle looks like, there's a good chance I've lived a version of it.
Outside coaching, you'll find me trying new recipes and turning them into healthier meal plans, because I'm a big food lover. I'm also on the badminton court, watching sport, and talking about food, exercise and psychology. My favourite part is still seeing the real-life impact on my clients. My clients are special to me.
The idea behind Never Settle Fit is that you never settle.
I've been training for 6 years, and I always have a new goal ahead of me. A 3-month program will give you momentum and help you transform. But I want you to never settle, and I want to be the last coach you need for your lifestyle and the way you think about health and fitness.
I'm not just a dietitian or a personal trainer. I call myself a coach.
And that's a heavy word. It took me 2 years to put “Coach” in front of my name, because it comes with a lot of responsibility, and I only take that on for people who are committed.
I don't hand you a diet chart or a training plan and disappear. I review your exercise form through videos, and I help you with your mindset, nutrition and accountability. I go through your blood markers with you. Sometimes I act as a life coach too, and help you through the hard phases of life.
“Anyone can help you on the good days. My job is to help you through the bad days as well.”
