Privacy policy

Who we are

coachnavneet.com is the website of Never Settle Fit, the 1:1 online coaching practice of Navneet Sharma. If you have a question about your information, email coachnavneet0@gmail.com.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts or advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own.

• Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
• Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
• Client videos. The testimonial videos load YouTube's privacy-enhanced player only after you tap play. From then on, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that video.
• Booking a call. The booking page shows a short form that is part of this website, then a calendar provided by Cal.com, which loads only on that page. This website does not store your answers. While you fill in the form they stay in your own browser tab, so going back doesn't lose them, and they are cleared once you book. When you pick a time, your answers go to Cal.com with your booking, along with your name, email, WhatsApp number and the time you choose, and reach us in Cal.com's booking email. We use them only to hold and prepare for your call. Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to what it processes.
• The calculator. Calorie, protein and fat calculations happen entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent to us.
• Emails you send. If you choose to email instead of booking online, your own email app opens. If you send that email, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use it only to reply and arrange your call.

What we never do

We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing. Client photos and results appear on this site only with each client's written permission.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the emails and details you have sent us. Write to coachnavneet0@gmail.com and we will act on it.

Changes

If we add forms or other tools to this site, we will update this page before they go live.
